Country property located in a pretty village of approximately 240 inhabitants; 5 Kilometres from the historical town of Troyan, 2 hours from Sofia airport and within 20-40 minutes of all the attractions and activities this area has to offer.
This Bulgarian Property is actually two houses on a well-tended plot of land, grassed and planted with a large number of fruit trees, mainly plum and apple ( the main ingredients for the local Rakia )
The smaller of the two houses has recently been renovated to provide a guest-house, granny-cottage or holiday let for two people.The interior lay-out is studio style, a vestibule leads to a large shower room and separate toilet with wash-basin.The main room has a beamed ceiling and tiled floor; double-glazed window and door. Outside there is a large summer kitchen facing south,

The second house is a traditional timber frame revival style property with stone foundations. Partly renovated by the previous owner it does have a good roof, the three rooms on the upper floor have double-glazed windows, the oak floor is in good condition, the sturdy front door opens onto a typical covered porch with lovely views. The large area downstairs which at present has it´s own entrance has been stripped out and will need total renovation. This house has great potential ; a large upper balcony constructed on the east and west facing aspects would provide added leisure space with superb views. The house can be restored to provide at least two bedrooms, sitting-room , kitchen and bathroom.
