This sadly neglected, unoccupied Bulgarian Property is located in a very pretty area ten minutes from Troyan. There are small shops and bars nearby , a Spa resort 10 minutes up the road, an excellent Hotel / Restaurant with pool 5 minutes by car ; plus of course all the other liesure pursuits this area has to offer.
