Large Bulgarian Property in an elevated situation providing wonderful views of surrounding countryside. Built on three levels this property has approx. 100-120 sq.meters of living space.
The ground floor has two rooms; first floor comprises one large living room with huge terrace, where we are told one can entertain at least 25 guests ! there is also a kitchen and bathroom on this floor. The third floor has a further two rooms with a good sized hallway, again we are told it is a useful space for accommodating extra guests !
The surrounding land is well-tended,grassed and planted with a variety of trees; no one mentioned tents or caravans for even more guests but I guess you could; there is 1,400 square meters of land.
The village is about 5km from Troyan, it has a small bar but we have not located a village shop; but as with all villages I expect the neighbours would give advice on obtaining local organic produce,; eg milk,eggs.cheese,bread etc.
