This small Restaurant/Bar is located in a village on a busy main road which goes from Troyan to several locations popular with tourists and local people. At the moment the village does not have a true bar,merely two small shops with one table outside where people may sit and enjoy a beer. This bar,once a popular venue, has been closed for a few years, so it needs total refurbishment to meet present day Health and Safety Regulations.
There are two rooms above the bar which one could transform into an owners Studio Apartment or utilise as extra dining space.
